President & CEO
Ed received his undergraduate degree in Economics and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. He began his career as a Wall Street attorney, and later went on to become a partner with the law firm of Balch & Bingham in Birmingham. Mr. Finch has been actively involved in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance for over 40 years. His transactional experience includes the purchase and sale of publicly traded companies as well as smaller privately held companies across a broad spectrum of industries. He has represented both domestic and international clients in their acquisition and divestiture activities and has provided financial advice to early stage and mature businesses. Mr. Finch has served as a director of both public and private companies and has founded, purchased, owned and managed a number of companies in the United States. He was recently inducted into the Society of International Business Fellows, has served on the Boards of various civic and philanthropic organizations, and is currently on the Executive Committee of the Parkinson Association of Alabama.

Mandi has front line experience in starting and growing a business. She conceived the concept for her first business in 2009, ran the business and developed systems and procedures that are still utilized today. Ms. Viena managed a law firm for 6 years and has a BA in Legal Studies. She also obtained an MBA from Youngstown State University in 2018 while working. Ms. Viena has over 6 years of experience in the private equity world. She joined North American Dental Group, LLC, which was private equity backed, in 2014 and was part of the team that acquired over 160 dental practices while she was there. When she left in 2020, the firm’s valuation was just under $1Billion. Also during her tenure, the company completed two recapitalizations. Interestingly, she also obtained a Lean Green Belt Certificate from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers during her work at the company. Ms. Viena has consistently been involved in charitable organizations for as long as she can remember and is currently a member of the Kiwanis Club of Homewood-Mountain Brook.
Adam obtained a joint Masters Degree in Accounting and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas, a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State and a Master of Taxation from New York State University. His work career has included time as a Staff Accountant with an Oil & Gas company, an associate with KPMG and an associate with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz. Mr Winger has served as CFO, President and CEO of a publicly traded company and has provided successful turnaround management as President and CEO of non-public companies. As a lawyer with a masters in accounting and tax, he has provided advice and counsel in dozens of significant transactions. Adam is a highly regarded author, CPA and athlete.
